It contains all the minerals and trace elements essential for grasslands, crops and animal health and also increases microbial and earthworm activity. Our Minerals has been found to add a rich mix of macro and micro nutrients to the soil, with clearly visible effects on crops. Some of the benefits farmers have reported are raised sugar levels in silage grass, clover growth promotion, extended grazing time at the year end, this is combined with an early show of grass in the spring, reduced dependence on chemical fertilisers, stock prefer grazing and simply thrive on treated ground. This will help aeration, nitrogen fixation, humus building, water retention and lock up phosphate release. Microbes and earthworms break down the Minerals and turn minerals into protoplasm, which is then fed to plants and grasses increasing their sugar levels. Humus in the soil is necessary to support the growth of moulds and fungi. Moulds produce antibiotics that repel insects and fungi feed plants by dissolving and carrying minerals into their roots.
