Used Tub Grinders - Hogzilla 1362 P Tub Grinder- W-02512.
This tub grinder was manufactured late 2000. It suffered some fire damage in 2002 and underwent a complete factory rebuild in 2003 (new engine, torque converter, computer, wires, etc.). The new 860hp CAT 3412E Diesel engine and torque converter have 2800 hours since installed and is covered by manufacturer warranty until 6000 hours to til June 22, 2007. Mill is 62” long and 31” diameter. Unit includes longer double tip hammers, radial stacking conveyor, and remote control. Extras include 2 new belts for discharge conveyors, anvils and bolts, 3 sets of screens, 100 hammers & bolts, and bearings and filters. Complete service records are also available.

Capacity will vary with the type of wood or bark, moisture content , feed size and uniformity of feed rate. It has the capacity to process as much as 6 Tons per hour. It is set up with a 50 HP motor. The hog is on a stand and the physical appearance is excellent. This is a great machine for bark, wood trim from manufacturing or green or dry wood waste.

This 1995 10-foot tub grinder is powered by a 300hp CAT 3306 Diesel engine. Unit is powered by a 3306B Caterpillar 300H.P. Unit has been partially refurbished with new mill with swinging hammers, new hydraulic motors and pumps, and bearings, hoses and belts replaced as needed. Owner has also given it a fresh paint job and had the engine checked over. Two inch screens are installed. There are less than 4000 hours on the grinder. Other Used Waste & Recycling Equipment - Wittco Log Yard Waste Separator- W-02546.
A 4 cylinder Cummins Diesel engine powers this large 1994 stationary topsoil plant. Material is fed into the 6’ diameter by 28’ long trommel with interchangeable screens from a hopper conveyor. The topsoil sifts through the trommel to pile below. Rock and wood pieces are then dumped into a 6000-gallon bath used for water separation. Conveyor out of the back of the system then carries the rocks and conveyor at the front discharges the wood. This plant has been used for land reclamation, screening topsoil and compost and to clean up old mill sites. Owner states that this will process 500 cubic yards dirty material and 1000 cubic yards clean material.

A 425hp CAT engine powers this 1995 Maxigrind is a portable horizontal grinder. Unit has only 1800 hours. The 18-foot conveyor has a magnetic head pulley. The grinder can be run by the radio remote control. Chipper bit segments are currently installed, but the unit also comes with bullet bit segments and a set of double sided carbide chipper bits. There is a 3½” round screen currently installed, but 2½” round and 6” round screens are also included. Also included are new spare drive belts. This unit was used in waste reduction of demolition debris and pallet grinding.
