The Appalachian Regional Recycling Consortium (ARRC) is an integrated solid waste management and innovative recycling technical assistance service established to promote the beneficial utilization of locally recovered materials in the rural communities of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. The ARRC offers a wide variety of information and services for local governements, community groups, business and industry including: educational information, recycling equipment and market information, regulatory and legislative information, in-region market development assistance, on site technical assistance, workshops and seminars, and regional recycling programs.
