Dear Annette,

Paper recycling does pay bounties to those who corner a market at a time of high demand and short supply. The last time that that was true no matter where you lived in the US, was 1996. If you can process 2 million tons of cardboard in the West today and have storage capacity for 10,000 tons of contaminants and an ability to also sell those contaminants not at a loss, yes, you could make $100,000 net today. But, if you see what I'm getting at -- there are many variables, vagaries and market conditions to know.
