Dear Hugo,
Optical glass dust from grinding can pretty easily be integrated into regular glass recycling. The Glass Recycling Institute, the Glass packaging Institute, and various glass industry consultants, have all been involved that one time or another in incorporating non container glass into the mix of what they recycle. I recommend consultants because they probably have the most experience with existing machinery to conduct separation of plastic and glass. The scale or volume would have to be of sufficient magnitude to make such a project economically worthwhile. But separation technologies are sufficiently advanced that the separation of these two substances would not appear to be a problem.
