Hi Fred:

I did have a chance to read your response to Shane Newton (Wed Sept 6, 2000)regarding recycled cellular phones. The url site that was mentioned could not be found perhaps you may additional resources that I may research ?

The question that I have is what is the volume and process in which a mobile phone is currently being recycled ? The battery portion I'm familiar with but the actual bobdy of the phone is what I'm not clear.

With the rise of cellular subscribers and with the introduction of new technology what are some of the solutions to reuse the material ?

Also is there a standard or body which governs this topic that I may contact ?
