The Columbia Corporation designs and manufacturers Portable Landfill Tippers. In 1969 our engineers designed the first Landfill Tipper. Today with over 30 years of operation history, our tippers have proven to be safe, reliable and efficient.

Our patented 'Low-Profile' Tipper is designed to accommodate a variety of trailers. The tipper is capable of unloading 10 to 12 trailers per hour with an approximately 3 minute cycle time. Additionally, using tippers to discharge the load means that you no longer need to operate and maintain heavy, expensive self-unloading trailers. The resulting weight saving allows you to transport larger payloads.
