Dear Alejandro Bermejo,
The answer to your question is probably that no one will import used (tin?) cans to be recycled in the US. The materials resale value after recycling will not stand the transportation costs and other expenses. My guess is that the only way to export them would be to a more local recycler in Central America, Mexico, or the Caribbean. Or, building a recycling plant in Guatemala.
