I suspect that these should be recyclable, either by a bottle recycler of the plastic that its made of (probably PVC or PET), or by a laser toner cartridge/bottle recycler.
Here is a representative sampling of some of the laser toner recyclers in the RESEARCH LIBRARY FOR RCRA s immediate area. I would ask them the same question:
