To whom it may concern,

I m sorry, but your message is not intelligible. Please ask it again with a bit more attention paid to the language barrier.
Concerning semiconductor wastewater, I don t think that it is recyclable, but it may be able to be reduced in amount necessary for hazardous waste management.
The Risk Reduction Engineering Lab of Cincinnati, OH 45268 put out a study that may help Waste Reduction Activities and Options for a Manufacturer of Systems to Produce Semiconductors: Environmental Research Brief . This is a Lab at US EPA s Office of Research and Development (ORD). ORD publications can be obtained from: (Tel: 513-569-7562). The EPA # for this document is: EPA/600/S-92/050, dated October, 1992.
Lastly, Hewlett-Packard has been dealing with these issues for many years; you might also wish to contact them.
