Dear Ms. Mindiola,

I m glad you got my point at last.

Mixed office paper on the West Coast (LA area) was selling for between $15 and $30 per ton the week of December 16, 1996. This was about the highest range nationally, e.g. in NY it went from $-44 to $30 per ton; in Miami, $10 to $30 and so on. Waste News and Recycling Times give weekly prices for a variety of substances on a regional basis.
