Recycling short fiber cotton waste. I don t know if you will find the following suggestions helpful, but they are what come both to mind and to a very minor extent, to the literature (since the subject is not directly addressed):

You can compost it.

You can make various types of insulation (for clothing, bedding) of it.

Is it useable for wiping cloths?

Animal bedding?
