Dear K. Brill,
The best thing that you can do is to talk to some University recycling programs that have a sense of their own history. I will suggest a few from my region:
- Office of Waste Management, University of Massachusett, 413-545-4386
- Becky Herman, University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH (Bldgs and Grounds Dept, Recycling Office).
- Northeastern University, Contact person was the Faculty Advisor of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Student Chapter at tel: 617-437-3994 or 437-5222 (but this was as of 6 years ago).
- Other universities with active long0term recycling programs have been Clark University, Worcester, MA; MIT, Cambridge, MA and Yale University, New Haven, CT.
This list is not exhaustive!!!
