Another source of information on ash usage is Beneficial Use Programs for Biosolids Management , published by the Water Environment Federation (Alexandria, VA) in 1994. Chapter 6 discusses ash reuse approaches and successful case studies. The author of Chp. 6 was Ramesh Babu, who is (was?) an Engineer with Montgomery Watson in Walnut Creek, California. He has since written several other papers on ash reuse. Good luck!
