American National Can Co, 202-296-1618 will probably have a line on communities which recycle PP nationwide.

Since PP is not too desireable a plastic for recycling, try the waste exchanges such as the Northeast Industrial Waste Exchange, 315-422-6572 and the Hudson Valley Materials Exchange at 914-255-3749.
