I have posted below several Web site references to asphalt
shingle recycling for road construction. The first is for
TxDOT which describes research they have sponsored along
with contact information. The second is on research sponsored
by North Carolina and the last is for a 1994 article on the
use of recycled materials in road construction including
asphalt shingles.
