Dear John Sando,

First, make sure that it is shredded not crumbed tire rubber that you are asking about, then call the Scrap Tire Management Council or read:
 Scrap Tires: A Resource Technology Evaluation of tire pyrolysis and other selected alternate technologies by EG G, Idaho, Inc., Idaho Falls, Idaho 83415, written in 1983 for the US DOE; it is one of many sources that will answer this question.
