Dear Marko Blom,

To be perfectly blunt, we are having a translation problem. I do not know what PU isolation is, and I m assuming that what you call white ware is what we call white goods which means major appliances such as refrigerators, chillers, air conditioners.
There is a very well developed program in the US run by the Environmental Protection Agency called the Stratospheric Ozone Protection Program which has promoted the CFC phase out and trained the trainers, certified the replacements and programs, etc. Its Hotline telephone number is 1-800-296-1996.

If you want examples of firms that are recycling CFCs, here are some:

Full Circle Recycling, Bronx, NY
Global Ozone Solutions, NH
M. L. Energia, Inc., Princeton, NJ

You might also wish to be made aware that the National Institute of Standards and Technology established a database on alternative refrigerants to those bearing CFCs. The contact for the database is James Hill at NIST, tel: 301-975-5851.
