Dear Steven Teoh,

In the US there was a total of 2,791.4 million pounds of pollution to land, air and water created in 1993. That is as close as I can take you directly to what you seek.
The EPA s Toxics Release Inventory should have a land pollution categorical aggregate figure. However, this is just for manufacturing and doesn t include most agriculture, mining, and other classifications of waste such as Industrial D wastes .
In terms of world wide aggregation, only two sources may have done this:

- the World Bank
- the United Nations Environmental Programme

Not everything is quantified, nor should it be.

- Research Library for RCRA
