Dear Michelle,

The easiest thing to do is for you to get hold of
a directory of waste exchanges and another of reuse
centers which service your area. If you are anywhere
in the Northeast, leave your location and I will
respond. If you are geographically elsewhere, get
hold of the US EPA publication:

Review of Industrial Waste Exchanges EPA-530-K-94-003, 9/94; also, look in your area's Yellow Pages under Donation or Reuse and make arrangements with local centers. Your local, state or federal office of recycling may be able to help as well. (These are all placve-based services).
