12/12 response two a 12/8 request: Specify 15% Post-Consumer Content Recycled Paper which is the Federal Government's standard, or compose any similar but realistic (can be supplied) specification. There are already 15% Post-Consumer photocopying papers widely available on the market to fill that specification by the Government.
