Dear Nova Scotian,

The trade association that covers this is the Filter Manufacturers Council, Motor Equipment Manufacturers Assn., Research Triangle Park, NC.

One mobile unit was develped by Oil Wringers Inc, Farmington, MN and was written up in Recycling Today, 10/96, p. 111+ and a second is Pro Cycle, Oil and Metals, Springtown, TX.

I vaguely recall from answering the same question a few years ago, that The Thomas Register had listings of many more manufacturers of this equipment.
