Subject: Do you need a recycling/solid waste information specialist?

I have been answering recycling and waste management questions at this site for about a year and a half now. Someone whom I know, who possesses the same abilities is looking for a position in the public or private sectors doing much the same thing: conducting research in the public or private or both public and private interest. Does any GRN subscriber know of such an organization that would be interested in hiring such a person for such a position. Location would have to be in New England. Thanks.
