Dear Vince Capati,
If you have exhausted all reuse possibilities, recycling of bound books is also possible, but the easiest way to do this is to simply cut the pages out of the bindings and recycle them as high grade or coated paper, depending on which they are. I'm not certain what can be done with the bindings.
