What's the process for recycling mercury?

Convention retorting is the necessary recycling process, which involves heating to vaporize mercury, evacuation, condensation. Mercury is then distilled out in its conventiional form. One pass through an efficient distillation process is all that's usually required, but two can be necessary. More distillation yields higher grades.
