Recyclers of CDs in New England:

Greenbrief Associates, Billerica, MA
GE Plastics, Pittsfield, MA (but they won't take yours unless they've changed their policy)
Lacerta Group, MA but they may have stopped

The national leader is GreenDisk, Preston, WA 800-305-DISK which accepts them mailed from all over the country.
