Dear Ken Davidson,

In commercial roofing, roofing slates with a combination of recycled tire rubber and plastics have been manufactured by a firm in Hamilton, ON called Crowe Industries, Ltd.
However, I'm unsure of whether this is what you are looking for due to your ambiguous phrasing about roofing systems .
I would also look at www.cwc.org, where you will find, as in the recycling community, a lot on asphalt shingle recycling, some plastics in roofing, and maybe some of what you are seeking.
