Spread the word: any business in New York State has FREE CONSULTING available through a program set up through the State of New York and the US EPA. Business Assistance Centers exist at:

Empire State Developmnt, Office of Recycling Market Development, Albany, 518-486-6291

Also, NY businesses have ready access to Inform, Inc. which has put out a Business Recycling Manual. INFORM: 212-689-4040.
