Dear Brian Glynn,
Computer plastics have more sustainable economic value than most other components of computers and can be pretty easily marketed to electronics and computer firms. However, many recyclers (at least in the Northeast) take them. Get a state list of plastics recyclers and call all of them. This should get you your most desireable market.
