Dear Mr. Hans,

There are many recycling equipment directories. One of the most accessible is online at Recycler's World (http://www.recycle.net/recycle/equip/index.html).

However for a startup in need of funding, used equipment (which Recycler's World does include) may be what you most cost-effectively can afford, and some other sources are at:

Global InterMark Corp. (http://www.gicnet.com/equipment.htm)

Global Recycling Network (If you are reading this, you're there).

Regarding financing options, if you are in a US possession, contact US EPA Region 2 for access to sources of information about private loan sources (EPA doesn't do that).
Also, check the EFIN database at the US EPA website (www.epa.gov).
