#3, 5, 7 plastics are recyclable. Where did you get the idea that they were not?

The 1997 (or later) Directory of North American Scrap Plastics Processors and Buyers by the American Plastics Council, Washington, DC is one source to use to get endless info on who is recycling what into what made of plastic.
