seek a cryogenic grinding service provider.
I am the COO of a polymer research company based out of Atlanta, GA with additional facilities in Dallas, TX. We have recently created a new line of thermoplastics that, due to problems with ''stickiness'' at room temperature, do not pelletize well. Any pellets we create tend to stick together and clump up hoppers and other feed mechanisms on traditional injection molding equipment. We seek a cryogenic grinding service provider or potentially, in the longer term, to purchase the equipment ourselves with the assistance of an experienced consultant in the field. Ideally, the service we require is the cryogenic grinding of our material into pellets that are subsequently, quickly spray coated with an external lubricant such as Zinc Stereate(does not have to be very small, not pulverized or very fine ground but just small beads sized pellets). The ideal arrangement would streamline both activities, spraying a consistent small amount of Zinc Stereate on the cryo-ground plastic pellets being output.
