8,000,000 lbs(approx) Light and heavy steel. Hoppers are not included in the sale of this material. This is a six month contract. The price per pound will be adjusted every month beginning with the first full month after start of the contract. The price will be adjusted during the second week of the month. The revised price will be determined by taking the price of AMM No.2 Bundle Birmingham on the first Thursday of the month and dividing it into the AMM No.2 Bundle Birmingham used on the contract start date. The percentage will be applied to the price per pound to arrive at an adjusted price. The buyer is to place(8)40 cu.yd.(or larger) open top containers at the CDC/DOD Surplus scrap facility or generators facility.A minimum of(4)trucks per day required.This material may also contain foreign attachments such as wood, fiberglass, rubber, plastic, kelvar and glass. Full containers must be picked up when notified and replaced with empty.Site will support all loads.Scales are available at this site. MUTILATION NOT REQUIRED.
