Seller and Buyer agree on amendments, Buyer moves funds to a US bank in the United States to clear Homeland Security Protocols (Section 302-311 Patriot Act). Funds remain in the buyers name in their own account. 4. Seller sends buyer invitation to TTM to occur at buyer’s bank in the United States. 5. TTM occurs where buyer will sign final contract and view the proof of product documentation. 6. Simultaneous to the TTM, a buyer representative can board the vessels referenced in the documents presented at the TTM 7. Deal closes and ships sail within 2 days of buyer payment. Note This procedure is possible only because vessels preloaded and all POP available now.
