Prices: HMS 1&2 : $175
Used rails : $200.
Government operational terms and conditions:
1.Note that,the government yard is a warehouse and for that matter visit and processing of materials is not allowed in the government warehouse.
2.The prices per metric ton does not include the cost of transporting the materials from the government yard to the mandate company yard for processing.
3.The government will be responsible for shipment,every local governmental taxes,SGS at loading port and insurance.
4.Buyer will be responsible for every expenses at unloading port.
5.Seller(the government mandate) issue SCO and buyer replies with LOI/ICPO.
6.Seller(the government mandate) review buyer LOI/ICPO and issue draft contract agreement for buyer to review,edit and send it back for seller to confirm and issue final draft contract for buyer to sign.
7.Buyer should conclude with his transport company and send to us the transport company Notice of service delivery immediately after signing the contract.
8.Buyer is allow to chose any transport and cutting company of his choice and buyer can hire ant transport and cutting company from South Africa for the processing but if buyer think it will expensive for him to bring his transport company from his country,he can inform us(the mandate company) to get one for him on his own separate cost.
9.Buyer is allow to visit the the mandate company yard and the port of loading but note,buyer travel expenses will be on buyer on cost.
10. Buyer must have his own AQSIQ if he is hipping the materials to China.
Delivery terms : FOB
Delivery quantity ;
Minimum : 30,000 MT with role of extension.
Maximum : 90,000 MT with role of extension.
Loading port: Durban. South Africa
Delivery time : 21-30days
Payment terms:
We accept 100% L/C from any first prime bank in the world in seven days against BL.
We do issue 2% performance bond.
An containers mention will be mentioned free in the BL.

HMS 1&2 scrap metals :
HMS 1- ISRI Code 200: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or
steel scrap ¼ inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not
over
60 x (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact
charging.
HMS 1 - ISRI Code 201: Heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches.
Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ inch over in thickness individual
pieces not over 36 inches x 18 inches (charging box size)
prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 - ISRI Code 202: Heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches.
Wrought iron or steel scrap 1.4 inch and over in thickness
individual pieces not over 60 inches x 18 inches (charging box
size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 2 - ISRI Code 203: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron or
steel scrap, black and galvanized. 1/8 inch and over in
thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as
No.1 heavy melting steel. Prepared in a manner to ensure compact
charging.
HMS 2 - ISRI Code 204: Same as ISRI 203 but max size 36x18
inches.
HMS 2 - ISRI Code 205: Same as ISRI 204 but free of sheet iron
or thin gauged Materials.
HMS 2 - ISRI Code 206: Same as ISRI 204, but max size 60 x 18

Commodity: Used rail specification: R50-R65 – IRSI codes
The chemical composition is the standard for R-50 R-65 Tee rails original weigh 50 pounds Per yard or
heavier, 12.5 meters long .
Loading- cut to the buyer required size of 1.5-3.0m and containerize or rails can be ship in full size of
12.5m.
Buyer will only be responsible for the cost of transporting the full size rails to the port of loading if he/she
prefers not to cut the rails..
Rails are free from bent and twisted rails, frog, switch and guard rails, rails with split heads and broken
flanges. Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from end of the piece
of rail. Free from Fluff, Non ferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. Free from war and
explosives, shells, cartridges, other arms and ammunitions used or otherwise and any closed containers.
Free from any radioactive materials, any harmful chemicals, substances, and coatings any organic waste
any other harmful substances. Dirt, dust, rust fluff and other impurities not allowed to be over 5%.
The rails are to be neatly bundled and secured with iron wire or straps, provided with adequate lifting
hooks. Individual bundles not to exceed 5 MTW.
Rail, Steel No. 1.Standard section tee rails, original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier, 12.5m.
Rail, Steel No. 2 Cropped Rail Ends. Standard section, original weight of 50 pounds per yard and over
12.5meters long .
