We are located in a large growing industrial park; The park is so new that the property where we would like to have the facility built is currently horse pasture; Great for long or short term investment in itself ( At this time, there is incredible growth in the whole of Utah County) Rafter S Metals is a member of The Chamber Of Commerce, has a Dunn+Bradstreet listing, and is listed with all the metal excahanges world wide.
Rafter S Metals purchased over $70.000 dollars in non-ferrous metals and had sales over $130.000 dollars it's first year. And the companies 5 year projections = $925.000 dollars at it's current size and rate of 10% clientele growth.
It is easy to see that with a full scale ''MAJOR'' modern recycling facility, with capabilities to handle non-ferrous metals, iron+steel, plastics, cardboard, and industrial types of woods, that Rafter S Metals or future company name, would absolutely become a MAJOR PLAYER in the recycling business locally, regionally (four state area), and nationally.
