The Vecoplan’s are the original single-shaft rotary waste shredders offering a low speed, high torque, low noise, ram feed, single shaft rotary operation. This is a nice used 2006 Vecoplan RG42/XL, is a Vertical fed Shredder that has been processing cardboard. This 60 HP shredder has a hopper with a hydraulic ram that auto-feeds material to the 15” cutting rotor into the 42”x52” cutting chamber. It comes with a 7/16” screen. Used Shredders, Granulators & Hammermills - Granutech/MacSaturn 62x40HT Shredder System- T-01167.
This Granutech 62x40HT Shredder was being used when the plant it was operating in shut down. This machine has 3 hook 1 ½” knives that will be rebuilt. The machine is powered with 2-75 hp 3-phase electric motors with a hydraulic drive. The 62 inch wide and 40 inch long cutting chamber allows for a variety of materials to be handled by this shredder. This would be a good machine for shredding passenger tires, plastics, light metals, electronic waste, rubber and pallets.
This system will come with a BHS disc screen classifier and recirculating conveyors to make this a complete 2 inch chip system. This is by far the best price we have had on a MacSaturn 62x40HT Chip System.
Price is $135,000 with infeed and outfeed conveyors only, no classifier, making a complete primary shred system.

This is a 2011 year model, EXCEL HV10 horizontal baler with 3550 hours and includes a hopper extension. It is a 50 HP, 3 phase that will be in service until sometime in May, 2015 when seller replaces the baler with a 2-Ram baler. It has a 55” x 45” feed opening, making a 60”x45”x30” bale. This baler is the heaviest baler in its class and can be used for office paper, newpaper, OCC, Magazines, PET. HDPE, Aluminum Cans, Tin Cans, Painted Aluminum Siding, Insulated Wire, Aluminum Extrusions, Radiators, Copper and other materials. It is currently being used for corrugated, plastics and aluminum. Used Tub Grinders - 2001 Hogzilla 1564 Tub Grinder/Tire Shredder: T02208.
Hogzilla makes a very heavy duty, high production machine, and this machine is no exception. It is a 2001 Model 1564 with a brand new Tire Grinding option that has just been installed, and it can process 12-15 ton per hour of 2” rubber chips. The Hogzilla is powered by a 1000 hp Cat engine that had a major rebuild done on it in 2006. There is a magnetic head pulley on the discharge conveyor to recover the steel from the tires. This machine has been mostly used to shred tires, but it has the conversion kit to make it into a very high production wood grinder as well.
